Platforms – Michelle Contact Centre Base Module

Michelle base module allows the enterprise to customize their CRM sites by installing various application modules to meet their specific requirements. It is available in both Michelle 4.0 - client server version and Portal-based J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) Web Michele Version 1.0. Michelle CRM platform can be integrated seamlessly with a wide range of CTI servers, enterprise backend system, and third party applications.

The Modules – Michelle Functional Modules

Modules are the critical add-on applications, ready to be incorporated onto the Michelle CRM platform to allow enterprises to perform many different business functions such as sales, marketing, customer service, retention, loyalty, bills collections, etc. Michelle CRM application is available in both client-server and J2EE web-base version.
